THETRADECITY.COM offers secure payment service which aims to provide a hassle free payment service for both buyers and sellers in an international trade. Our partnership with an online payment platform (TheCityPay) allows us to ensure payment security for all parties involved.
Your payment is kept secured to TheCityPay, an independent online payment platform until you confirm you delivery. Once you have confirmed about the delivery, we will instruct TheCityPay to release the payment to the supplier. Only then the supplier will receive the payment.
If the supply doesn’t reach you on time and it is your suppliers fault, TheCityPay will send your payment right back to you instead of releasing to the supplier.
If the product shipped to the buyer proven to be significantly different from the promised one, you may choose to keep the product or a part of the shipment by making a partial payment. On that case supplier will not receive the full amount and the rest of the money will be sent back to you.
If your order doesn’t reach you within the mentioned time limit, or the product doesn’t meet the quality requirements, inform you supplier via email. They are expected to take care of the issue as soon as possible.
If it is not possible to solve the disagreement with your supplier, you may submit a refund request by clicking on “Resolve Dispute” before the deadline. You can take this action 5 days after the shipping date. It allows you to discuss the solution formally with the supplier.
If you feel like the discussion with your supplier is not working out, you can ask for help to us. We will mediate the issue formally with you and your supplier and come to a fair solution.
